The Mean Mother 20Amp DC-DC Battery Charger is a sophisticated multi-stage charger, designed to

charge AGM, GEL, Lead Acid, Calcium and most deep-cycle batteries (does not include lithium batteries).

Ideal for charging dual / secondary batteries, campers, caravans and portable battery packs while driving or via solar (without requiring an external solar regulator).

The charger uses digitised automation to charge and maintain your battery, including automatic
solar detection, so you can set it, forget it, and go exploring.

  • TROUBLE SHOOTING TIPS
  • To change the battery tyre – You must do this before the second battery is connected. Once the second battery is connected to the unit, it virtually locks the setting/type.
  • Unit beeping – This can be 2 things, poor battery condition/old battery or a flat battery. If a flat battery, disconnect the second battery and start vehicle. This will help rest the unit. Reconnect second battery and run vehicle to start recharging battery.
